SFC Engineering Partnership, Inc. (SFC) is a multi-disciplined engineering consulting firm headquartered at 25 Sundial Avenue in Manchester, New Hampshire. SFC has been providing Civil, Structural, Fire Protection Engineering and Surveying services to private, commercial, industrial and municipal clients collaboratively for over thirty years. SFC was incorporated in July of 1994 and was formed through the merger of two well established and highly respected New Hampshire firms: Cowan & Cricenti Engineering Associates, Inc. of Concord owned and operated by Nicholas Cricenti, Jr., Fire Protection Engineer and Ray Cowan, Structural Engineer joined with Fredette Associates, Inc. of Salem owned and operated by George and Paul Fredette, Civil Engineers. The collaboration of these two independent firms into one full service professional organization offering the ability and expertise to service a multitude of engineering services to clients all housed out of one central New Hampshire office location was an immediate success. 

SFC’s clients are based predominantly in New England and include municipal, industrial, commercial, governmental and private sector markets. SFC is most commonly called upon by Architects, Developers, Municipalities and Contractors to assist them in the development of their projects whether in early conceptual stages or seeking assistance in developing engineering solutions that will result in the overall successful completion of their projects.

SFC is currently made up of more than twenty staff professionals including Civil, Structural and Fire Protection Engineers licensed throughout New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, New York and Rhode Island. SFC employs Drafters, Designers, Survey Crews, Administrative, Financial and Marketing personnel.  Two founding principals of the firm, Nick Cricenti and George Fredette, coupled with new partners Deborah Fernandez and David Jordan are active members of the day to day operations, managing and overseeing the firm.
