Survey Manager

We have an immediate opening for a dynamic Survey Manager to join our team. The successful candidate should have a NH LLS license, or ability to obtain one. Experience in preparing estimates, proposals and contracts, public presentations, oversee and review fieldwork / office computations, and manage survey workload and field crew schedule to produce boundary, topographic, easement, subdivision, as-built, ALTA, and condominium plans required. Candidate should have a proven track record of sales, and the energy to grow our survey department.

Project Engineer

The successful candidate should have subdivision and site plan experience, including septic design, site grading, storm water management systems, and local and state permitting. Designers license, EIT preferred, and proficiency in AutoCAD/LLD required.

Structural Engineer

The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering, have a professional engineering license, and
4-8 years experience in the field of structural engineering. Must be familiar with AutoCAD 2004-2007, Architectural Desktop, Windows and Office 2000. Experience with using structural Design Software. Knowledge of RISA a benefit. Candidate must be motivated, organized and have good project management skills.
