Civil Engineering

The Civil Engineering Division of SFC has performed a large number of services for clients ranging from initial site developments through construction oversight services and beyond.  Our Civil Engineers are licensed throughout the states of New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut and our services are most often retained by Architects, Developers, Municipalities and a number of private business owners who seek us out to assist them in the development and growth of their projects.

Civil Engineering services SFC can provide range from assisting municipal planning boards with site plan and subdivision reviews to construction administration services, roadway development and design, water and sewer infrastructure improvement projects, permitting and much more.  The role a civil engineer plays in the progression of a project is an important one and at SFC we are confident in our abilities to provide our clients with the engineering solutions that they seek out to make their projects work.  Our civil engineering staff is supplemented by several professional drafters, Project Managers, and experienced, licensed septic and water system designers, all of whom help us provide the quick turnaround, cost effective, quality services our clients expect and deserve.

The Civil Engineering division of SFC is managed by Vice President David Jordan, a registered Professional Civil Engineer with more than twenty-one years of professional and practical experience.
