The Structural Engineering team of SFC Engineering Partnership, Inc. (SFC), is managed by Eric R. Kizak, P.E. SFC’s structural division serves as building consultants to a large range of Architects, Contractors, Developers and Owners for a wide variety of commercial, industrial, residential and privately owned and funded projects. The Structural Engineering department consists of licensed structural engineers registered throughout the United States, each with extensive and practical hands-on knowledge and experience in all aspects of structural design including steel and wood framing, masonry construction, repair and restoration, cast-in-place and pre-cast building systems, concrete repair and restoration, foundation systems and retaining walls. Our team is trained and knowledgeable in adhering to seismic, wind, water and impact code requirements for new construction and renovation projects. SFC has designed and consulted on a wide variety of new construction, renovation, and mixed use projects throughout New England including commercial, retail, residential, medical, educational, municipal, public safety, recreational facilities and food service.

The in-house capabilities of SFC to provide complimentary Civil and Fire Protection Engineering services in conjunction with the Structural design elements of a project, is a resourceful and convenient benefit of hiring a full service engineering firm.
