Service Credit Union, Nashua, NH

Description

SFC’s professional engineering services were retained by Service Credit Union located in Nashua, NH in May 2013. The Credit Union proposed to construct a building with drive through facilities and extended parking availability.

The existing subject property, located at 337 Amherst Street, consisted of 2.03 acres of land, and was occupied by a retail-commercial property. The existing site needed to be razed and completely reconstructed. The proposed facility featured a two story credit union building. The building would have a 5285 SF roof area, including the drive through canopy. A paved parking area was also to be constructed to accommodate 61 vehicles.

SFC provided a wide variety of services for Service Credit Union. SFC prepared a site layout and site grading design. Infrastructure included a new water service extension and sanitary sewer extension. SFC prepared drainage calculations needed for multiple state and town applications, and also prepared a detention and erosion and sediment control plan.
